The International Leading Education Alliance (ILEA), is a non-profit international education organisation headquartered in Singapore. ILEA brings together global higher education institutions, academic experts, industry professionals and research organisations, dedicated to promoting innovation in education, health, and sustainable development, so as to build a learning and certification system with international impact.

The Global Green Development and Healthy Lifestyle Summit was held in grand fashion on 1 September 2025. The event gathered international experts from academia, scientific research, public health and corporations from over 30 countries to explore the integration of education, health and sustainable development.

Guests who graced the summit include Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mr Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies Mr Ong Ye Kung, Professor Yang Yuexin, President of the Chinese Nutrition Society and President of the Federation of Asian Nutrition Societies (FANS), Prof. Joseph Sung, Senior Vice President for Health and Life Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Dean, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine among other distinguished guests who presented keynote speeches.

Singaporean celebrity Fann Wong was also invited to the event as the HLCC Healthy Lifestyle Ambassador, promoting positive health concepts through public influence.

The summit marked the official launch of the HLCC International Certification Framework - powered by AI, this framework supports learning and certification in 6 languages, marking a new era in the digitalisation and globalisation of health education. This has further advanced the deep integration of health education and green development, laying a new foundation for building a sustainable, healthy, and thriving global society.

On 23 October 2025, ILEA together with UNESCO International Centre for Higher Education Innovation (UNESCO-ICHEI), officially launched the International Institute of Online Education (IIOE) Singapore Training Centre. This marks an important step forward for ILEA in promoting the integrated development of global online education and health education.

Moving forward, ILEA will collaborate with leaders from government, corporations, academia, as well as international organisations such as UNESCO-ICHEI and IIOE, to establish an expert committee. Together, they will develop and promote the HLCC Health Lifestyle Coach Training and Certification standards, advancing the professionalisation and internationalisation of healthy lifestyle education.

The alliance is dedicated to advancing academic exchange, cutting-edge research, future-oriented elite education and skills training, with the ultimate goal of enhancing human well-being and societal happiness.
